A failed video returns its credit automatically.

If a delivered video won't play or clearly isn't the style you picked, contact us within 14 days for a free remake; if the remake still isn't right, we refund that video.

Because your video starts right after payment, purchases can't be cancelled.

Unused credits never expire — use them next Christmas too.

Packs include free retakes if you'd like another take.
