How the call works
- Your phone rings: “Santa Claus, North Pole”.
- Your child answers and Santa says their name.
- Santa pauses to listen: he waits while they talk.
- He waves goodbye; watch again or save the video.
Recorded video, not a live call. Portrait, 15 seconds.
A recorded pretend video call from Santa, not a live call. Santa says your children's names from his workshop, then pauses so they can answer.
- Santa says your child's name
- Santa can mention something special about your child
- Collections include free retakes
How to set up Santa's pretend call
- 1
Make the greeting personal
Enter up to three first names and an optional kind detail. Santa stays in his North Pole workshop; no home photo is required.
- 2
Preview in private
When the email arrives, watch the plain video first. AI speech and likeness can vary. Decide whether it suits your child.
- 3
Set up the pretend call
Open Play as a video call, choose whether to allow the local microphone, turn the volume up and tap Ring in 10 seconds before handing over the phone.
- 4
Let your child answer
Tap Answer when Santa rings. He listens in the quiet moments, then continues his recorded lines. Save the MP4 or ring again later.
Not live, not a conversation with a person. Preview before showing children. Listening pauses depend on browser audio support.

Is this a live Santa call?
No. It is a personalized AI-made recording played as a pretend video call. Santa cannot hear, understand or respond to what your child says.
Is the Santa video call free?
The example is free to watch. Single video $7.99 (any series, no retakes). Santa Collection $19.99 (4 Santa videos, 2 free retakes). Elf Collection $29.99 (8 Elf videos, 2 free retakes). Both collections $44.99 (both series, separate pools; save $4.99). Credits never expire.
Does Santa say two or three names?
Yes. Enter one to three first names. Names are required for this call. You can also add a free, kind personal message.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. Santa appears in our fixed North Pole workshop. An optional home photo appears only in the small call window and is never sent to the video model. No people in photos.
Why does it ask for the microphone?
Only to detect when your child stops talking, so Santa can wait during quiet parts. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. You can turn it off; the pauses then last about four seconds.
What if microphone permission is denied?
The call still works, with fixed pauses. If audio analysis is unavailable, the recorded video plays straight through.
How long is the call?
The recorded video is 15 seconds, in portrait 720p with sound. Listening pauses can make the pretend call last longer. Santa has three short lines and a farewell, not an open-ended conversation.
Can I ring again or save it?
Yes. Replay the call or download the plain MP4. The listening pauses belong to the player, not the downloaded file. Videos are kept for 30 days; optional photos are deleted within 7 days.
How soon will it be ready?
Usually 5-10 minutes. You can leave this page; we email you a private link when it is ready. No account needed.
Are retakes included?
Santa Collection includes 2 free retakes; Elf Collection includes 2 (4 with Both, in separate series pools). Single videos have no retakes; failed generations return your credit. Retakes must use the original video's collection pool, stay in the same series and be requested within 7 days while the photo is retained. A retake cannot be retaken.
